The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of circulation of alcoholic beverages to make the movement of alcoholic beverages Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2004, nr. 10, 13; Latvian journal, 2010, 59 no) the following amendments: 1. Add to article 2 of the third paragraph as follows: "(3) activity with dietary supplements containing alcohol, is governed by the law on excise tax", food surveillance law and other legislation, which lays down minimum safety and labelling requirements for dietary supplements and dietary supplements registration procedures. "
2. Replace article 3, second paragraph, the words "the State Revenue Service Licensing Commission" with the words "the State revenue service". 3. Replace article 4, second paragraph, the number "2." by the numbers "2., 4.1".
4. Replace article 5, first paragraph, first sentence, the words "the State Revenue Service Licensing Commission" with the words "State revenue".
The law shall enter into force on 15 February 2012.
The Parliament adopted the law in 2011 on 22 December.
