Develop appropriate development planning documents, newsletters, reports and draft legislation. " 2. Supplement article 4 second subparagraph to paragraph 22 as follows: "22) and other statutory regulations in accordance with the procedure laid down by the agreement concluded with the tax payer at market price (value) for a particular transaction or type of transaction." 3. Add to the transitional provisions of paragraph 29 with the following: "29. This law article 4, second paragraph, point 22 shall enter into force on January 1, 2013."
