The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on epidemiological safety do epidemiological safety law (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1998, no. 3; 2000, no. 10; 2004, nr. 5, 10; 2006, nr. 10; 2007, 14, 21; 2008, no. 11. no no, 24, 2009; Latvian journal, 2009, 200. no; 2010, no. 105) the following amendments: 1. Replace the words "the whole law of Latvia Infektoloģij Centre" (the fold) with the words "Centre for disease prevention and control (the fold). 2. Replace article 1, paragraph 21, the words "medical institutions" with the words "treatment, education, social care and other institutions." 3. in article 6: Add to the fourth paragraph by the words "as well as inform the authorities and citizens of bathing water quality"; turn off the fifth subparagraph of paragraph 2. 4. in article 7: expressions of the introductory part of the first subparagraph by the following: "(1) Centre for disease prevention and control:"; turn off the first part of paragraph 7, the words "about bathing water quality". 5. Express article 8 second paragraph as follows: "(2) in cases where the threat of the spread of infectious diseases (except dangerous infectious diseases), entitled after the Center for disease prevention and control Department of the regional or local health inspection departments to decide on the recommendation of the head of the quarantine measures for education, medical and social care institutions, public events or the restriction of the use of or bathing prohibition, as well as the authorities set a quarantine or other restrictive measures."
