The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on the completion of land reform in rural areas" to make the law "on the completion of land reform in rural areas" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1997, nr. 23; 1998, nr. 6; 1999, no. 5, 10, 15; 2005; 2007, nr. 3, 14 no, no 16; 2008; 2009, 14, no. 21; Latvian journal 101 no, 2010; 2011, 80 no) the following amendments: 1. in article 4: replace the first subparagraph of paragraph 2, the number and the word "2013" with a number and the word "2014"; replace the third paragraph, the number and the word "2012" with a number and the word "2013"; replace the number in the fourth paragraph, and the word "2013" with a number and the word "2014". 2. Express article 16, third paragraph as follows: "(3) the Central Land Commission: 1) opinions on the renewal of the land reform designed to complete the land takes up to 30 December 2013; 2) decisions on property rights restoration to complete land reform low for accepting the Cabinet. " The Parliament adopted the law in 2012 on November 15. The President a. Smith in 2012 on November 30.
