The Saeima has adopted and the President issued the following law: amendments to the law "on State benefits during the period from 2009 to 2014" make law "on State benefits during the period from 2009 to 2014" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2009, 14, no. 21; Latvian journal, 2009, 200. no; 2010, no. 16; 99. in 2011, no.) the following amendments: 1. During the period from January 1, 2013 to 31 December 2014 in accordance with the law "On maternity and sickness insurance" article 10 maternity benefits granted and in accordance with the law "on maternity and sickness insurance" 10.3 article assigned paternity allowance shall be paid in the following amount: 1) if the amount of the allowance granted in one calendar day up to 23.02 lats (including), — to the extent granted; 2) if the amount of the allowance granted in one calendar day, for more than one lat 23.02 calendar days paid 23.02 late and 50 percent of the amount of the allowance granted in more than one calendar day late. "23.02 6. transitional provisions be supplemented with 6, 7 and 8 of the following: "6. the Person having parental allowance is granted until 2012 December 31, and its cost is constantly going after 1 January 2013, the parental allowance for the period from 1 January 2013 the level established from 1 January 2013. 7.
