The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendments to the law "on prevention of conflict of interest in the activities of public officials" to make the law "on prevention of conflict of interest in the activities of public officials" (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2002, no. 11, no. 12; 2003; 2006, 2., no. 20; 2007, nr. 14; 2008, 24 no; 2009, 10, 24 no; Latvian journal, 2010, 94, no. 162; 2011, no. 76; 2012, no 104) the following amendments: 1. To supplement article 7 paragraph 1, third paragraph with the words "if it does not endanger the State officials or institutions in which the public officer is employed, the statutory autonomy". 2. Replace article 31, second paragraph, the words "the judges disciplinary Collegium of the Supreme Court" with the words "the judges disciplinary Collegium or Proceedings".
