Add to the first paragraph of article 2.1, the words "and other administrative borders of the municipality, which has delegated this statutory duties or tasks". 2. in article 12: turn off the first part of paragraph 23, the words "to do mystery shopping"; to supplement the first part of paragraph 34 with the following: "34) do mystery shopping as well as to involve the committing of other persons, including minors, to prevent and detect violations of administrative and criminal offences". Supplement to the fifth article as follows: "Cabinet of Ministers shall lay down the requirements to be met by involving persons in its brevity, and the order in which to do mystery shopping." 3. Supplement article 15, second subparagraph, after the words "administrative territory" with the words "and other administrative borders of the municipality, which has delegated this statutory duties or tasks". 4. Article 19: make the first paragraph by the following: "the municipality may establish municipal police or Government installations in accordance with the procedure laid down in the law, delegate to the second paragraph of this article 1, 3, and 4. the tasks referred to in paragraph 1 to other authorities. '; make the third paragraph as follows: "If the Government does not create its own police or municipal police have not delegated tasks to another municipality, the second paragraph of article 1, 3, and 4. the obligations referred to in the national police." replace the number in the sixth paragraph and the words "article 12" with a number and the words "article 12, first paragraph," and the numbers and the words "in paragraph 31 and 32" — with numbers and the words "31, 32 and 34 points." 5. the transitional provisions be supplemented with point 7 by the following: "7.
