The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: for Civil use explosives to make the Civil Law movement needs for movement of Explosives Act (Latvian Journal No. 183, 2010) the following amendments: 1. Add to article 3 of the fourth subparagraph by the following: "(4) of the Act do not apply to: 1) burners that are not auklveid detonating incendiary devices; 2) Safety fuses and igniter cords, which consists of fine grained black powder core that is surrounded by a flexible woven material with one or more of the outer protective cover, which they ignite, with preset speed gradually burn without external Flash; 3) ignition kapsel, consisting of a metal or plastic cap that contains a small amount of the flick easily being explosive mixture and used small arms ammunition or projectiles to break in detonatorkapsel. " 2. transitional provisions: 1. turn off the point; transitional provisions be supplemented by paragraph 3 by the following: "3. This Act article 7 requirements for explosives and blasting guards special markings applied by 5 April 2013. Directive 2008/43/EC in accordance with the Council of 5 April 1993 of Directive 93/15/EEC establishes a system for civilian uses for the labelling and traceability of explosives.
