The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the amendment of the electronic media law in the electronic media Act (Latvian journal 2010, nr. 118, 103, 144; 2011. no; 2012, 166. no; 2013, 40, nr. 46) to make such an amendment: article 24, the seventh subparagraph by the following: "(7) the public electronic media according to the regulations on emergency and exceptional situation is obligation and exceptional emergency situation during empower authorities to provide information and notices to the population."
