The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: Act to make the archive Archive Act (Latvian journal, 2010, 35 no) the following amendments: article 13: make the second part of paragraph 4 by the following: "4) documents containing sensitive personal data or other information about a person's private life (including information on the person's adoption and notarial activities supporting information) if the personal data contained therein or use of information can significantly interfere with a person's private life. If other laws are not intended to limit the availability of such documents is limited to 30 years from the death of the person to which the document relates. If a person's date of death is not possible, the accessibility is limited to 110 years after the birth of the person to which the document relates. If it is not possible to find not death nor birth date, document availability is limited to 75 years after creation of the document; " Supplement third with 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 of the following paragraph: "21) after the student demand, if a learner develop scientific or exploratory work and request approved by the University's Dean of the faculty, with the exception of the second paragraph of this article 5. documents specified in point;
