The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the electronic media law

To make the electronic media Act (Latvian journal 2010, nr. 118, 103, 144; 2011. no; 2012, 166. no; 2013, 40, 46, 61 no) the following amendments: 1. Express article 1 (1) of the following: "1) broadcast — the set of operations that provide electronic media and broadcasting programs, their initial release under the broadcast transmission and simultaneous public reception via electronic communications networks;". 2. Article 19: adding to the article name with the words "and retransmission of culpably violate applicable"; make the fifth subparagraph of paragraph 1 by the following: "1) other public audio or audiovisual programme are manifest, serious and substantial breach of this law article 24, the ninth or the tenth part or conditions referred to in article 26;"; Add to article at the eighth, ninth, tenth and eleventh subparagraph by the following: "(8) the electronic media, which retransmitted television programs through cable tv, through the appropriate service contract, includes in its program offerings in the area concerned tangible regional or local electronic media of television programs using terrestrial technical means, the end user is available free of charge. Article 45: make the first part of paragraph 1 by the following: "1) any cinematographic works, and in the movies and series that are made for television, as well as sports and entertainment programmes, if the target audience is children;" Add to paragraph 4 the second subparagraph with the following sentence: "the provisions of this paragraph apply to the images that make up the audiovisual electronic media or with one company within the group or which are created after the audiovisual electronic media or with the same group of companies in order;" Replace paragraph 2 of the third paragraph, the words "curative features and curative assistance" with the words "and medical treatment". 8. Turn off the X Division. 9. Replace article 56, third paragraph, the word "permanent" with the word "declared". 10. Add to article 71 the first part with 7.1 points as follows:
