The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: ķemeri national park amendment act done ķemeri national park Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2001, no. 14, no. 3; 2008; 2009, no. 13; Latvian journal 2010, nr. 205.) express the following amendment: article 10 by the following: ' article 10 (1) neutral zone created to promote the development of the farm resort store region characteristic of the landscape and the architecture and enhance the national park to the sustainable development of the territory. (2) the neutral zone is determined historical resort area of Ķemeri, created with the aim to preserve and maintain the historic kūrortoloģisk function ķemeri national park territory, to promote health tourism, recreational tourism and cultural tourism development in Latvia and Europe. (3) the historical resort of ķemeri territory includes the land cadastre units with the legend 1300026 0055, 1300026 4910, 1300026 4908, 1300026 0056, 1300026 0050, 1300026 2616, 1300026 4907, 1300026 4909, 1300026 4902, 1300026 0048, 1300026 4903, 1300026 6008 1300026 6013, 1300026 0119, 1300026 4904, 1300026 4905 and neutral zone, in part with land cadastral designation 1300026 6011. (4) the historic resort area of Ķemeri functions is to provide therapeutic mineral water and sludge and microclimate of the sustainable development and use of tourism and health care , heritage awareness and promotion. (5) the historic resort ķemeri area is provided for the development of the sector the necessary facilities, rehabilitation centres, medical centres, physicians resort privātprakš, Spa and kūrortviesnīc-operation, the historic park and its protection and use of objects. " The law shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation. The Parliament adopted the law of 20 June 2013. The President a. Smith 2013 in Riga on July 2.
