The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on general education done in the General Education Act (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1999, 14, 17, 21; 2000, no. 15, no. 19; 2002, nr. 24; 2004, nr. 20; 2005, no. 14, no. 22; 2007; 2008; 2009, 23 no. 2., no. 14; Latvian journal, 2009, nr. 196; 2010, 206. no; 2011, 112, 202. no; 2012, no 190) the amendments are as follows: 1. Article 1, second paragraph, point 4: turn off; Express points 11 and 12 as follows: ' 11) basic education or general secondary education certificate: a document certifying the trainees learning achievements, in which subjects are organized, centralized exam; 12) centralized exam — special methodology and procedures uniform nationwide organized the national test for the assessment of learning achievements of learners in a specific subject in primary and general secondary education programme; ". 2. Turn off the article 9, first paragraph, point 8. 3. turn off article 13.  The Parliament adopted a law in July 9, 2013. The President a. Smith 2013 in Riga on July 24.
