The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law on the amendment of the budget and financial management to make the law on budget and financial management (Latvian Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1994, no. 8; 1996; 1997, no. 24, no. 21; 1998, nr. 9; 1999, no. 24; 2001, nr. 1; 2002; 2003, 23, the No. 2, no. 2., 24; 2005, no. 3, no; 2007; 2008 , 1, 24 no; 2009, 13, 15, 20 no; Latvian journal, 2009, 200. no; 2010, 206.178. no; 2011, 103, 117, 184, 204. no; 2012, nr. 190; 2013, 80., 193, 232. no; 2014, 32, 228. no; 248. in 2015, no; 2016, 17 No.) to make such an amendment: 15.1 the first paragraph by the following: "(1) the European Union's own resources system and the amount is determined by the institutions of the European Union under European Union law. The Treaty on the functioning of the European Union laid down in article 311. Decision of the Council of the European Union on the European Union's own resources system is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers if this decision comply with the national position. If the annual State budget act in the draft for submission to the Parliamentary body of the European Union have not yet been established by the European Union's own resources, the State budget is included in the law, the Ministry of finance predicts. " The Parliament adopted the law in 2016 on April 21. The President r. vējonis 2016 in Riga on April 27.
