The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: criminal law amendments to make the criminal law of the Republic of Latvia (Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1998, no. 15; 2000, no. 12, 13, 15; 2001; 2002, nr. 11, 16, 22, 23 no; 2003, 10, 15; 2004, nr. 2, 3, 4, 6, 11, 12, 13; 2005, nr. 2, 11, 12, 13, 20, 21; 2006, no 1., 7., no. 22; 2007 3, no. 15; 2008, 3, nr. 24; 2009, 13, 15, 21. no; Latvian journal, 2009, 193. no; 2010, 178, 199. no; 2011, 99, 117, 148, 199. no; 2012, 202. no; 2013, 61 no; 2014, 66, 70, 105, 204, 214. no; 2015, 11, 34, 227, 235. no; 2016, 31, 59 no) the following amendments: 1. Express 80., 80.1 and article 81 as follows: "article 80. Against the Republic of Latvia facing action (1) on action against the Republic of Latvia national independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity, national or a national of the Republic of Latvia of equipment, unexpected way, Constitution, punishable by deprivation of liberty for a period of up to eight years and probation supervision for a period of up to three years. Article 80.1. " Transitional provision conditions of this law shall not apply to persons who committed an offence before the date of entry into force of the law. The Parliament adopted the law in 2016 on April 21. The President r. vējonis 2016 in Riga on April 27.
