Replace paragraph 1 of article 3, the words "the European Commission has included in the register" with the words "for this decision informed the European Securities and markets authority". 3. Replace article 11 paragraph 2 of the third paragraph, the words "European Commission" with the words "a European Securities and markets authority". 4. Express article 20 the following: "article 20. The Commission shall inform the European Securities and markets authority about the system, acting in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, and maintainer of this system. " The Parliament adopted the law of 19 may 2016. The President r. vējonis 2016 in Riga on May 26.
