The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: law on the public prosecutor's Office to make the prosecution Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1994, no. 12; 1996, 5, 13 no, 9, 23; 1998. no; 2000, No 14; 2002, nr. 22; 2003, 15. No; 2005, nr. 14; 2007, 10 no, no 16; 2008; 2009, 3, nr. 13; Latvian journal, 2009, no. 194; 2010, no. 205; 2011, 112, 117. no; 2012, no 195; 13, no. 183; 2015, 56 no). the following amendments: 1. Turn off the third paragraph of article 20.6. 2. Express 33.2 the first paragraph as follows: "(1) the prosecutor-designate to complete vacant District (urban) Prosecutor's post in accordance with the procedure laid down in the contract the internship, term and other conditions."
3. Add to article 37, first paragraph, point 1, the words and figures "except for article 33, first paragraph, point 3, if the person is a public prosecutor candidate". The Saeima adopted the law on 9 June 2016. The President r. vējonis 2016 in Riga on June 29.
