No 28 34) insolvency administration fee service price list and payment order Issued in accordance with the law on budget and financial management of the ninth paragraph of article 5 of the law of insolvency in the fifth paragraph of article 16.1 and 16.2 of the sixth article 1. determines: 1.1. Insolvency administration fees provided services price list; 1.2. the order in which a person pays for the cost of the administration of the insolvency service. 2. the insolvency administration provide paid services in accordance with the price list (annex). 3. the fee for insolvency administrators, the charge shall be paid into the budget of the Ministry of Justice in insolvency administration Treasury General account opened before you filed the application for service. 4. the charge of a person settled with the payment authority, which shall have the right to provide payment services and payment services, electronic money within the meaning of the law. 5. Insolvency Administration provides a paid service only after the fee for service is found to get the State budget. The fee is considered to get the State budget according to the laws of the order in which payments to the State budget and they are recognizable as received, as well as respecting the online payment service to use requirements in the settlement with the State budget. 6. to renounce this provision referred to in paragraph 1 of the annex to the paid service, and get back the fee paid, the person submitting the application of insolvency administration not later than two working days prior to the receipt of a paid service. 7. To reject the provisions of the annex referred to in paragraph 2 shall be paid, and get back the fee paid, the person shall submit the application to the date of insolvency in the Administration when the administrators notice on the fee for the provision of a service to a particular login. 8. to renounce this provision referred to in paragraph 3 of the annex to the paid service, the person shall submit the application for insolvency administrators within 15 working days after insolvency administration filed the application for the paid service. 9. If the Director of the administration of insolvency the insolvency practitioner exam the applicant refused the sort or insolvency administrator refuse sorting, examination fee for these rules 2 and 3 of the annex referred to in paragraph 1 not paid is refunded. 10. These regulations 6, 7 and 8 in the application referred to in paragraph 1 shall provide the data on the person to whom the refundable fee for service (natural person – name, surname and personal code or identification code, a legal entity, the name and registration number), the properties of the bank and account number. 11. If the application for the abandonment of the paid service for bankruptcy administration is received by this provision in question 6, 7 or 8 the deadline, the fee for the services is not refunded. 12. If the applicant does not attend this provision of the annex 1, 2 or 3 the fee referred to in point of service, the service will not be refunded. 13. This provision fee referred to in paragraph 4 of the annex of the services is not refunded, with the exception of those rules specified in point 14. 14. If a charge is not met within the prescribed period of insolvency administration depends on the circumstances, has the right to opt out of the service in writing and receive back pay for the service in full.
