No 25 19) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of March 10, 2015 no 126 "the terms of the direct payment system for farmers" Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 5, fourth paragraph to make the Cabinet 10 March 2015 regulations No. 126 "procedure of direct payments for farmers" (Latvian journal, 2015, 62, 87, 217. No; 59.209., 2016, 2017, no; no 62.) the following amendments : 1. Complement 2.14. subparagraph after the word "rape" by the words "and the summer Rep".
2. To replace the words "paragraph 174.2. three" with the number "3.5". 3. Delete 184.4. section. 4. Delete 185.3 points. 5. Supplement with subsection 190.1 13.7 point as follows: "190.1 to ensure equal treatment between farmers and to avoid market and competition distortions, in accordance with article of Regulation No 639/2014 2 1 and 2, as well as in the light of article of Regulation No 1306/2013 60, considered that a farmer has created this artificial conditions for receiving the aid, therefore, the aid shall not be granted if the aid applied for from the seed potatoes shall be certified only a small quantity of potatoes harvested – less than 10.3 tons on average per hectare farm." 6. Delete the 191.5. section. 7. Delete 192.4 points. 8. Add to 13.8. subdivision of 197.1 points as follows: "197.1 to ensure equal treatment between farmers and to avoid market and competition distortions in accordance with Regulation No 639/2014 2. Article, as well as in the light of article of Regulation No 1306/2013 60, considered that a farmer has created this artificial conditions for receiving the aid, therefore, the aid shall not be granted if the area applied for support from certified only a small quantity of harvested seed of that species, less than 14.2 of these regulations specified in the annex, the amount of seed of the species average holding of per hectare. " 9. Delete 198.5. section. 10. Delete 199.4 points. 11. Add to 13.9. subheading 204.1 points with the following: "204.1 to ensure equal treatment between farmers and to avoid market and competition distortions, in accordance with article of Regulation No 639/2014 2 1 and 2, as well as in the light of article of Regulation No 1306/2013 60, considered that a farmer has created this artificial conditions for receiving the aid, therefore, the aid shall not be granted if the aid applied for from the relevant area of certified cereal seed only small amounts of cereal seed harvested, less than 14.2 of these regulations in question, as set out in annex the amount of seeds of the species average holding per hectare.
