The HEAD of the Civil Protection Department Viewed the art. February 24, 1992, 5 of the Law # 225; Visto l'art. March 31, 1998, 107 of Legislative Decree No. 112; Having regard to the Decree-Law September 7, 2001, n. 343, converted, with amendments, by law November 9, 2001, # 401; Having regard to Decree-Law of May 15, 2012, # 59, converted, with amendments, by law, July 12, 2012 # 100; See in particular art. 3, paragraph 2, the last period of the aforementioned Decree-Law No 59/2012 where it is determined that for the continuation of the interventions by the commissarial administrations still operating under law February 24, 1992, n. 225, art. 5, paragraph 4-ter and 4-c of the Law # 225/1992; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers December 3, 2004 by which it was declared a State of emergency from the socio-economic environment in the Venice lagoon in order to remove polluted sediments in the port of great navigation channels and the subsequent Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers November 11, 2011, with which the State of emergency was extended until December 31, 2012; Having regard to the order of the President of the Council of Ministers # 3383 of December 3, 2004 and subsequent amendments and additions; Having regard to the order of the Head of the Civil Protection Department # 69 of March 29, 2013 recante: "Civil Protection Ordinance to encourage and regulate the takeover of the Veneto region in initiatives aimed at overcoming the situation of criticality due to socio-economic and environmental crisis emergency in the lagoon of Venice, in order to remove polluted sediments in the port of great navigational channels." Having regard to the order of the Head of the Civil Protection Department # 154 of February 26, 2014, with which the Director of the Regional Directorate Project Venice of Veneto region, named entity in charge with order n. 69 of March 29, 2013, has been replaced with the Director of the Department of operational coordination territorial environmental remediation in the Veneto region; Having regard to the order of the Head of the Civil Protection Department # 196 of October 24, 2014, with which the Veneto region's infrastructure Area Director has been named entity in charge; Having regard to the note of March 20, 2015, with which the entity in charge sent the report on the implementation of measures put in place, until December 31, 2014, under order of the President of the Council of Ministers No. 3383 of December 3, 2004; Given that the completion of the works provided for in the agreement, signed on March 31, 2008 by the Special Commissioner formerly the order of the President of the Council of Ministers # 3383 of December 3, 2004 and subsequent amendments, is still in progress; Seen, therefore, the need to ensure the completion, no uninterruptible power solutions, interventions aimed at overcoming critical context, also in order to make the necessary prevention against possible danger to the public and private safety; Having regard to the note of the President of the Veneto region March 27, 2015;
Features: Art. 1 1. In order to allow for the completion of activities already programmed under the Ordinance of the President of the Council of Ministers # 3383 of December 3, 2004 and subsequent amendments, the Director of the infrastructure of the Veneto region-Subject liable pursuant to Ordinance No. 196/2014, owner of special accounting # 3256, allowed to keep open the aforementioned accounting until April 8, 2016. 2. Stand still the reporting requirements in accordance with art. 5, comma 5-bis of law February 24, 1992, n. 225 and subsequent modifications and integrations. This Ordinance will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
