August 14, 2013, 10 of Decree-Law No. 93 October 15, 2013, converted, with amendments, by law No. 119; See in particular art. 3, paragraph 2, the last period of the aforementioned Decree-Law May 15, 2012, # 59, where it is determined that for the continuation of the interventions by the commissarial administrations still operating under law February 24, 1992, n. 225 apply art. 5, paragraph 4-ter and 4-c of the same law February 24, 1992, # 225; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of November 18, 2010, which has been declared a State of emergency until November 30, 2011, in connection with the great floods that hit the province of Salerno on days 8, 9 and November 10, 2010, as well as the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of December 23, 2011 with which it's been ordered the extension of a State of emergency until 30 November 2012; Having regard to the order of the President of the Council of Ministers # 3908 of November 24, 2010 containing "urgent measures to address direct civil protection the damage caused exceptional floods which hit the province of Salerno on days 8, 9 and November 10, 2010", and the order of the President of the Council of Ministers # 3922 of February 9, 2011 containing "urgent civil protection provisions to tackle the damage caused exceptional floods that have hit the territory of the province of Salerno on days 8, 9 and November 10, 2010 "; Having regard to the order of the Head of the Civil Protection Department # 60 of March 14, 2013 to promote and regulate the takeover of the region of Campania in the activities aimed at overcoming the situation of criticality due as a result of the exceptional floods which hit the province of Salerno on days 8, 9 and November 10, 2010; Having regard to the note # 456 of March 18, 2015, with which the person liable pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 2, of the Ordinance of the Chief of the Civil Protection Department # 60 of March 14, 2013-Councillor for public works, defence and civil protection of regione Campania-asked the maintenance for a further period of 12 months from accounting special, opened under order of the President of the Council of Ministers # 3908 of November 24, 2010, for the reasons indicated therein by transmitting the report on the activities carried out for exceeding the context of criticality; Recognized the need to ensure the completion, seamless continuity, interventions aimed at overcoming critical context also reviewed in order to prevent possible danger to the public and private safety; In consultation with the Ministry of economy and finance;
