The HEAD of the DEPARTMENT for higher education and research given the Decree-Law May 16, 2008, # 85 laying down: "urgent provisions for the adaptation of governance structures in accordance with art. 1, paragraphs 376 and 377, December 24, 2007, law n. 244 ", published in the Official Gazette No. 114 of May 16, 2008, converted with amendments into law July 14, 2008, n. 121 published in the Official Journal No. 164 of July 15, 2008; Having regard to the Legislative Decree of July 27, 1999, # 297: "reorganization of discipline and streamlining procedures for the support of scientific and technological research, technology deployment, mobility of researchers", and in particular articles 5 and 7 which provide for the establishment of a Committee, for all matters therein, and the establishment of Research Facilities; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of August 8, 2000 n. 593, establishing "procedural modalities for the granting of the facilities provided by Legislative Decree n. 297 July 27, 1999, and in particular the applications made pursuant to art. 7 governing the submission and selection of research projects; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of January 2, 2008 # 4 laying down: "adapting the provisions of the Ministerial Decree of August 8, 2000 n. 593 ("procedural modalities for the granting of the facilities provided by Legislative Decree July 27, 1999, # 297") the Community framework on State aid to research, development and innovation communication 2006/C 323/01 "; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers No. 98 of February 11, 2014 (Official Gazette No. 161 of July 14, 2014) bearing the new organisational regulations of the MINISTRY of EDUCATION; Having regard to the conclusions of the European Union # 12659/10 of July 27, 2010, which launches the JPI joint programming initiative Cultural Heritage and Global Change; Given the approval of the list of selected projects in international call JPI Cultural HERITAGE and Global Change with deadline to April 5, 2013; Having regard to the applications submitted in accordance with art. 7 of the Ministerial Decree of August 8, 2000, n. 593, Italian International programming by the proponents participating JPI Cultural Heritage and Global Change and this initiative selected and admitted to trading, and given the results instructors; Visto l'art. 30 of Decree-Law n. 5 of February 9, 2012 passed into law No 35 of the modification of legislative decree April 4, 2012 July 27, 1999, # 297 under which, for selected projects within the framework of European programmes or international technical-scientific evaluation will not and the loan of the Committee provided for in art. 7, paragraph 2, of legislative decree July 27, 1999, n. 297 and subsequent amendments and additions; Having regard to the report (Prot. partner mediocreditoitaliano Bank Institute 1616/2014) by proving the ex ante project appraisal favourable KISADAMA; Having regard to articles 60, 61, 62 and 63 of Decree Law No 83 of June 22, 2012 converted with amendments by law No. 134 of August 7, 2012; Having regard to Directive of the Minister of the June 11, 2009 prot. # 5364/GM for the allocation of the Fund under art. July 27, 1999, 5 of Legislative Decree n. 297; Taking into account the allocation of fund availability for the facilities to research concerning the year 2012, the directorial Decree # 435 of March 13, 2013 and the Division of availability of the Fund for investment in scientific and technological research for the year 2013, the directorial Decree # 1049 of the detailed December 19, 2013, most recently, with regard to funds for projects of international cooperation with a note of November 5, 2014; Having regard to the Legislative Decree No. 159 of September 6, 2011 and subsequent amendments; Having regard to the Legislative Decree of March 14, 2013, n. 33: "reorganization of discipline concerning the obligations of publicity, transparency and provision of information by public authorities"; Having regard to the "operational procedures for the evaluation and funding of projects selected under international initiatives and programmes" of March 28, 2013; View "the Guide for applicants" concerning the participation in the programme, published on the website of JPI Cultural HERITAGE and Global Change and on the website of the MINISTRY of EDUCATION dated March 28, 2013;
Decrees: Art. 1 1. The research project KISADAMA-JPI Program Cultural Heritage and Global Change, prot. # 2652/2013, presented by TERREAL ITALIA S.r.l. and University of Bologna-DICAM, is admitted to the interventions provided by the laws mentioned in the introduction, in the shape, size, mode and conditions indicated in the form attached to the present Decree (annex 1).
