Decrees: Art. 1 under and for the purposes of article 3 of the Decree of the President of the Republic December 30, 2003, n. 398, and the Ministerial Decree of December 23, 2014, both mentioned in the introduction, it is issuing a twelfth tranche of buoni del Tesoro poliennali 2.35% indexed to Eurostat Index ("BTP € i"), with March 15, 2014 deadline September 15, 2024 and enjoyment. These securities are issued in conjunction with BTP € i with enjoyment and March 15, 2010 deadline September 15, 2021 indexed to "Eurostat Index", mentioned in the introduction, for a total nominal amount of between a minimum of 500 million and a maximum amount of EUR 750 million. The good yield of 2.35% gross annual interest, payable in two semestralita ' 15 March and 15 September postponed, for each year of duration of the loan. The first two coupons of bonds issued with this Decree, the absence of a deadline, will not be paid. On the same December 7, 2012, as provided for by the Ministerial Decree published in Official Gazette No. 293 of December 17, 2012, can be made "coupon stripping" operations.
