The MINISTER of labour and Social Affairs in consultation with the Minister of economy and finance Saw the art. 18, paragraph 1, lett. a) of Decree-Law No 185 November 29, 2008, converted, with amendments, into law No 2 January 28, 2009, establishing the Social Fund for employment and training; Visto l'art. 12 of Decree-Law No May 31, 2010 78, converted, with amendments, into law No 122 July 30, 2010 which has, with effect from 1 January 2011, new maturities pensions old age and seniority; See paragraph 5 of art. under paragraph 12 above, which States that individuals identified in that paragraph 5 the provisions on commencement of pension benefits in force before the entry into force of Decree-Law May 31, 2010, # 78; See paragraph 5-bis of the same art. 12, introduced by art. 1, paragraph 37, lit. b) of law December 13, 2010, # 220, according to which, "with reference to workers in letters a) to c) in paragraph 5, even ' maturino access requirements to retirement with effect from 1 January 2011 and no later than the period of enjoyment of income protection benefits referred to the same letters, the Minister of labour and social policy , in consultation with the Minister of economy and finance, within the limits of available resources of the Social Fund for employment and training in art. 18, paragraph 1, lett. a) of Decree-Law No November 29, 2008 185, converted, with amendments, into law January 28, 2009, # 2, can have, by way of derogation from the rules in force, as an alternative to the provisions of the cited paragraph 5, granting the extension of income protection for the period of time necessary to reach the starting point of the pension on the basis of the provisions of this article and, in any case for a period not exceeding the period between the time computed with reference to the provisions on commencement of pension benefits in force before the date of entry into force of this Decree and the date of commencement of pension computed on the basis of the provisions of this article '; See paragraph 6 of art. 12 paragraphs above, whereby: the INPS monitors, based on the date of termination of employment, retirement questions presented by workers referred to in paragraph 5 of the same article. 12 seeking to receive, with effect from 1 January 2011, the system of differing maturities provided by law prior to the date of entry into force of Decree-Law May 31, 2010, # 78; If that is monitoring the achievement of the number of 10000 applications for retirement, social security does not take into consideration additional retirement questions designed to take advantage of the benefits referred to in paragraph 5 of the same article. 12; Visto l'art. 3 January 14, 1994, law # 20; Having regard to the order of the Minister of labour and Social Affairs, in consultation with the Minister of economy and finance, n. 63655 of January 5, 2012 issued pursuant to art. 12, paragraph 5-bis of Decree-Law May 31, 2010, # 78, converted, with amendments, into law July 30, 2010, # 122, and s, with whom: it was granted the extension of income protection, excluding the notional contribution in favour of n. 677 workers in the year 2011 are not returned in the contingent of 10000 units under art. 12, paragraph 5, of the Decree-Law May 31, 2010, # 78, converted, with amendments, into law July 30, 2010, n. 122, even ' have completed the requirements for access to retirement with effect from 1 January 2011 and no later than the period of enjoyment of income protection benefits;
It was entitled the Inps to provide an extension of income protection in favor of workers above who have applied for retirement on the basis of the provisions on commencement of pension benefits in force before the entry into force of the aforementioned Decree-Law May 31, 2010, # 78; Having regard to the order of the Minister of labour and Social Affairs, in consultation with the Minister of economy and finance, n. 68225 of October 2, 2012 issued pursuant to art. 12, paragraph 5-bis of Decree-Law May 31, 2010, # 78, converted, with amendments, into law July 30, 2010, # 122, and s, with whom: it was granted the extension of income protection, exclusion of figurative contribution in favor of # 3494 workers who, in the year 2012, do not fall within the quota of 10000 units under art. 12, paragraph 5, of the Decree-Law May 31, 2010, # 78, converted with amendments into law July 30, 2010, # 122, even ' have completed the requirements for access to retirement with effect from 1 January 2011 and no later than the period of use of the performance of income protection.
It was entitled the Inps to provide an extension of income protection in favor of workers above who have applied for retirement on the basis of the provisions on commencement of pension benefits in force before the entry into force of the aforementioned Decree-Law May 31, 2010, # 78; Having regard to the order of the Minister of labour and Social Affairs, in consultation with the Minister of economy and finance, n. 76353 of October 16, 2013, issued pursuant to art. 12, paragraph 5-bis of Decree-Law May 31, 2010, # 78, converted, with amendments, into law July 30, 2010, n. 122, and subsequent amendments and additions, with whom: it was granted the extension of income protection, excluding the notional contribution, in favor of workers who, in the year 2013 do not fall within the quota of 10000 units under art. 12, paragraph 5, of the Decree-Law May 31, 2010, # 78, converted with amendments into law July 30, 2010, # 122, even ' have completed the requirements for access to retirement with effect from 1 January 2011 and no later than the period of enjoyment of income protection benefits;
the extension was granted in favor of workers for whom the same extension had begun in a given subject, on 1 January and December 31, 2013, for a number of monthly payments is not exceeding the period between the time computed with reference to the provisions on commencement of pension benefits in force before the date of entry into force of the aforementioned Decree-Law No 78 of 2010 and the date of commencement of treatment computed on the basis of pension as provided in art. 12 of the same decree-law, and in any case for a number of monthly payments is no later than December 31, 2013;

the extension was granted in favour of workers, first mentioned in the year 2014 and only residual monthly payments ' related to extension of income support measures authorised by Ministerial Decree n. 76353 of October 16, 2013;
It was entitled the Inps to provide an extension of income protection in favor of workers above who have applied for retirement on the basis of the provisions on commencement of pension benefits in force before the entry into force of the aforementioned Decree-Law May 31, 2010, # 78; Having regard to the results of monitoring of social security, which show that, for the year 2014 the employees concerned by the extension of income protection are totaled # 3806, everyone whose service was terminated by the date of April 30, 2010, for a total spending on monthly payments is the responsibility of the year 2014 euro 62,697,643.00; Having regard to the order of the Minister of labour and Social Affairs, in consultation with the Minister of economy and finance, n. 85708 of October 24, 2014, issued pursuant to art. 12, paragraph 5-bis of Decree-Law May 31, 2010, # 78, converted, with amendments, into law July 30, 2010, # 122, and s, by which:
It was granted an extension of income protection, excluding the notional contribution, in favor of workers who, in the year 2014 do not fall within the quota of 10000 units under art. 12, paragraph 5, of the Decree-Law May 31, 2010, # 78, converted with amendments into law July 30, 2010, # 122, even ' have completed the requirements for access to retirement with effect from 1 January 2011 and no later than the period of enjoyment of income protection benefits;
the extension was granted in favor of workers for whom the same extension had begun in a given subject, on 1 January and December 31, 2014, for a number of monthly payments is not exceeding the period between the time computed with reference to the provisions on commencement of pension benefits in force before the date of entry into force of the aforementioned Decree-Law No 78 of 2010 and the date of commencement of treatment computed on the basis of pension as provided in art. 12 of the same decree-law, and in any case for a number of monthly payments is no later than December 31, 2014;
It was entitled the Inps to provide an extension of income protection in favor of workers above who have applied for retirement on the basis of the provisions on commencement of pension benefits in force before the entry into force of the aforementioned Decree-Law May 31, 2010, # 78; Having regard to the results of monitoring of social security, which show that, for the year 2014 the employees concerned by the extension of income protection are totaled # 3806, everyone whose service was terminated by the date of April 30, 2010, for a total spend on monthly payments ' for the year 2015 amount to euro 19,888,696.00; Deemed to grant an extension of income protection in favor of workers already recipients of Decree of October 24, 2014 85708 for residual monthly payments in the year 2015 '; Considered, therefore, to authorise the extension of SOCIAL SECURITY to provide income protection for employees beneficiaries referred to in the preceding paragraph;
Decrees: Art. 1 1. It is granted an extension of income protection, excluding the notional contribution, in favor of workers already recipients of Decree 85708 of October 24, 2014. 2. In favour of workers referred to in the preceding paragraph the extension of income support is granted in respect of residual monthly payments in the year 2015 and life extension related ' of income support measures authorised by Ministerial Decree n. 85708 of October 24, 2014.
