The Italian Antitrust Authority market in its meeting of 1 April 2015; Visto l'art. 6 October 30, 2014, law n. 161 laying ' provisions for fulfilment of the obligations arising from Italy's membership of the European Union-European law 2013-bis ' who inserted the paragraph 1-bis in art. Legislative Decree 30 March 26, 2010, n. 59, transposing Directive 2006/123/EC; Having regard to the regulation on any investigative procedures concerning misleading and comparative advertising, unfair trade practices, breach of consumer rights in contracts, unfair, adopted by resolution of the authority # 24955 of June 5, 2014; Deemed it necessary to adopt the regulations laid down by the abovementioned paragraph 1-bis of article. Legislative Decree 30 March 26, 2010, # 59, and given the opportunity to integrate them into a single consumer protection rules; Having regard to its resolution of December 19, 2014 by which it was prepared a public consultation on the draft of the said regulation in respect to the changes introduced as a result of the abovementioned law No. 161/2014, and given the results of that consultation;
Resolution to approve the regulation on any investigative procedures concerning misleading and comparative advertising, unfair trade practices, breach of consumer rights in contracts, breach of the prohibition of discrimination and unfair ", with its # 2 forms. This provision and regulation including n. 2 forms will be published in the Official Gazette of antitrust authorities in the market and in the Official Gazette.
