The HEAD of the DEPARTMENT for higher education and research having regard to act February 18, 1989, n. 56, which governs the profession of psychologist and establishes requirements for the exercise of the activity of psychotherapy and, in particular art. 3 of the Act, which makes the exercise of that activity to the acquisition, then the B.A. in psychology or medicine, of a specific professional training through specialized courses at least every four years, at University or graduate schools at institutions recognized for this purpose; Visto l'art. 17, paragraph 96) (b) of the Act May 15, 1997, # 127, stipulating that by Decree of the Ministry of University and scientific and technological research is restated the discipline concerning the recognition of institutes referred to in art. 3, paragraph 1, of that law No 56 of 1989; Having regard to the December 11, 1998, Decree No. 509, with whom it was adopted a regulation laying down rules for the recognition of the institution authorized to enable specialization courses in psychotherapy in accordance with art. 17, paragraph 96, of law No. 127 of 1997 and, in particular, article. 2, paragraph 5, which provides that the applicant is prepared on the basis of the institutions ' recognition assent expressed by technical-Consultative Commission under art. 3 of that Decree No 509/1998 and by the National Committee for the evaluation of universities; Having regard to the opinions expressed in meetings of October 11, 2000 and of the May 16, 2001, with which the National Committee for the evaluation of the University system has identified the applicant institutions must have minimum standards in connection with the teaching staff, as well as to facilities and equipment; Having regard to the ministerial order dated December 10, 2004, concerning "modifications and integrations Ministerial ordinances December 30, 1999 and July 16, 2004, bearing instructions for submitting enabling instances to establish and activate specialized courses in psychotherapy"; Having regard to the decree dated April 2, 2013, with which it was formed the Technical-Consultative Commission pursuant to art. 3 of that regulation; Having regard to the regulation on the structure and functioning of the national agency of evaluation of universities and research (ANVUR), adopted by Decree of the President of the Republic No. 76 of 1 St February 2010, in accordance with art. 2, paragraph 140 of the Decree Law October 3, 2006, n. 262, converted, with amendments, by law November 24, 2006, # 286; Having regard to the decree dated December 31, 1993, by which the "Centro studi in cognitive psychotherapy" was authorized to establish and activate in headquarters in Florence and in the branch offices in Rome, Naples, Teramo, L'Aquila, Ancona and Turin, a training course in psychotherapy, for the purposes of art. 3 February 18, 1989, law # 56; Saw grinding on December 31, 1993 Decree which confirmed qualification to the course of training in psychotherapy to the sole headquarters in Florence; Seen the Decree on May 25, 2001 by which it was approved successfully adapting the organisation of specialised courses adopted by "Centro studi in cognitive psychotherapy (CESIPc)", the provisions of title II of Decree No 509/1998; Having regard to the decree dated November 27, 2001 to authorize the activation of branch offices of Rome and Padua; Seen the Decree on May 9, 2005 to authorize the transfer of the registered Padova; Seen the Decree on August 2, 2005 for permission to expand its headquarters in Florence and to increase the number of eligible students; Having regard to the decree in August 2, 2005 date of withdrawal of approval of the registered device of Rome; Having regard to the decree dated November 16, 2006 to authorise the transfer of the registered Padova; Having regard to the decree dated November 16, 2006 to authorize the activation of peripheral seat of Livorno; Having regard to the decree dated January 25, 2008 to authorize the transfer of the registered device of Livorno and to increase the number of eligible students; View the instance with which the aforementioned Institute calls for further permission to relocation Padova Via Borromeo, 16 in Via Chiesanuova, 242/2; Given the favourable opinion expressed by the aforementioned Technical-Consultative Commission at its meeting of October 8, 2014; Given the favorable technical evaluation of appropriateness is on the application submitted by the Institute indicated above, expressed by the said national agency of evaluation of universities and research at its meeting of February 18, 2015 transmitted with note prot. 344 of February 19, 2015;
Decrees: Art. 1 The "Centro studi in cognitive psychotherapy (CESIPc)" enabled by decree dated November 27, 2001 to establish and activate in the branch offices in Rome and Padua a specialization course in psychotherapy under regulation adopted by Ministerial Decree December 11, 1998, # 509, is entitled to transfer the headquarters of Padua by Via Borromeo, 16 Via Chiesanuova , 242/2. This Decree will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
