Prot. # 16264 of September 25, 2013, published, together with the additional Act to the original Convention, in Gazzetta Ufficiale-serie generale-# 237 of October 9, 2013; Having regard to the order of the Minister of infrastructure and transport December 27, 2013, n. 470, recorded on February 25, 2014 to reg. 1, Fgl. 1184 at the Court of Auditors-Audit Office of acts of the Ministry of infrastructure and transport, with which it was approved the plan of remedial measures that access to financing, up to the amount available to 100 million in implementation of the first program «6000 Steeples ' referred to in art. 18, paragraph 9 of the decree-law June 21, 2013, n. 69, converted, with amendments, by law, August 9, 2013 # 98; Having regard to law No 147 concerning December 27, 2013 ' provisions for the preparation of annual and multiannual budget of the State (law of stability 2014)», which allocates the amount of 50 million euros for the same first program «6000 Belfries» concerning infrastructure projects for adaptation, renovation and new construction of public buildings, including the interventions relating to the adoption of an earthquake — construction and maintenance of roads and ancillary infrastructure and functional to the same or telematic networks to NGN and WI-FI, as well as safeguarding and securing the area; Having regard to the order of the Minister of infrastructure and transportation, February 13, 2014 # 46, recorded on April 8, 2014 to reg. 1, Fgl. 1601 at the Court of Auditors-Audit Office of acts of the Ministry of infrastructure and transport, as amended by the Decree of the Minister of infrastructure and transportation March 13, 2014, # 81, recorded on April 8, 2014 to reg. 1, Fgl. 1602 at the Court of Auditors-Audit Office of acts of the Ministry of infrastructure and transport, with which it was approved the plan of remedial measures that access to finance, within the limitations of the available amount of 50 million euros referred to in the preceding paragraph, compliant in terms of completeness and regularity of documentation and consistent in content with the types of eligible operations; Having regard to the Decree-Law No 133 September 12, 2014 laying "urgent measures for opening of construction sites, the construction of public works, the digitization of the country, bureaucratic simplification, the emergence of the hydrogeological and for the resumption of productive activities", converted, with amendments, by law November 11, 2014, # 164; See in particular, art. 3, paragraph 2 of Decree-Law No 133, September 12, 2014 refinancing under c), inter alia, requests under paragraph 9 of the aforementioned article. June 21, 2013, 18 of Decree Law No. 69; Having regard to the order of the Minister of infrastructure and transport, in consultation with the Minister of economy and finance, January 28, 2015, # 23, with which to finance such retention was awarded the total amount of 100 million according to the annual joint designations in table attached to the same Decree; See the list of further actions of the programme referred to in the Decree of the Minister of infrastructure and transport December 27, 2013, n. 470, accessing funding, defined by scrolling the list within the limits of the said amount available to 100 million; Verified the conformity in terms of completeness and regularity of documentation and consistency in content with the types of actions eligible for intervention in the said list; Whereas therefore it is possible to proceed to the approval of the mentioned list as referred to in paragraph 9 of article. 8 of Decree-Law No 69 June 21, 2013, converted, with amendments, by law, August 9, 2013 # 98; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 7, 2005, # 82, establishing a ' digital administration code '; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic February 11, 2005, # 68, with which it was enacted regulation laying down rules for the use of certified mail in accordance with art. 27 January 16, 2003, law # 3 ';
Decrees:

Art. 1 1. It approved the programme of assistance accessing the funding agreed by the Decree-Law September 12, 2014, n. 133, converted, with amendments, by law No 164 November 11, 2014 and fixed in the amount of 100 million euros by the Decree of the Minister for infrastructure and transport, in consultation with the Minister of economy and Finance of January 28, 2015, # 23. 2. The programme annexed to this Decree under the letter ' A ', lists of operations financed within the limit of the amount available to 100 million, identified by scrolling the list already prepared in implementation of the first program «6000 Steeples ' referred to in art. 18, paragraph 9 of the decree-law June 21, 2013, # 69, converted, with amendments, by law, August 9, 2013 # 98.
