The MINISTER of economy and finance having regard to Act 1 December 1971, n. 1101, laying down rules for the restructuring, reorganization and conversion of the textile industry and handicrafts and art. 9 August 8, 1972, Act No. 464 that extended to non-textile businesses the benefits of credit character referred to in law No 1101; Having regard to act June 6, 1975, n. 172 laying provvidenze per l'editoria; Having regard to law No 517 October 10, 1975 establishing a subsidized credit for trade; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic November 9, 1976, # 902, laying down the rules of subsidized credit to the industrial sector; Having regard to law no 1457 November 4, 1963, as amended and supplemented by law May 31, 1964, n, 357, concerning measures in favour of the Vajont disaster-ravaged areas of October 9, 1963 (industrial sector); Having regard to act March 22, 1971, # 184, concerning measures for the restructuring and conversion of industrial enterprises; Having regard to the resolution of the ICRC on March 3, 1994; In consultation with the Bank of Italy;
Decrees: Commission all-encompassing to be recognized to banks for associated charges to subsidized credit laws mentioned in the introduction is set for the year 2015 in the measurement of 0.93 percent. This Decree will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
