The MINISTER of economy and finance having regard to act August 5, 1978, # 457, laying down rules for residential construction and, in particular, article. 26 concerning the building sector in rural areas; Having regard to law October 22, 1971, n. 865 and in particular articles 42 and 72 pertaining to subsidized housing programs and coordination, respectively and facilitated; Having regard to the Decree-Law March 16, 1973, n. 31 converted with amendments by law May 17, 1973, # 205, bearing provisions for populations of municipalities of Marche, Lazio, Abruzzo and Umbria affected by the earthquake in November-December 1972 as well as rules to speed up the reconstruction of Tuscania; Having regard to the Decree-Law September 6, 1965, n. 1022, converted with amendments by law 1 November 1965, n. 1179, laying down rules for the encouragement of construction activities; Having regard to the Decree-Law October 6, 1972, n. 552, converted with amendments by law No 734 December 2, 1972 laying down additional provisions for populations of municipalities of Brands affected by the earthquake; Having regard to law no 1457 November 4, 1963, and subsequent modifications and additions concerning measures in favour of the Vajont disaster-ravaged areas of October 9, 1963 (real estate unit property); Having regard to the resolution of the ICRC on March 3, 1994; In consultation with the Bank of Italy;
Decrees: Commission all-encompassing to be recognized to banks for associated charges to subsidized credit laws mentioned in the introduction is set for the year 2015 in the following sizes: a) 0.88 percent for contracts conditioned stipulated in 2015;
b) 0.88 percent for the final contracts were signed in 2015 and conditional contracts concluded until 2014. This Decree will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
