The DIRECTOR-GENERAL of RURAL DEVELOPMENT Saw the Legislative Decree of March 17, 1995, n. 194 which, in implementation of Directive 91/414/EEC, regulates the placing of plant protection products; Seen in particular paragraphs 5, 6, 7 and 8 of art. 4 of the aforementioned legislative decree 194/95; Having regard to the order of the Minister of health of September 28, 1995 amending annexes II and III to that legislative decree 194/95; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree November 27, 1996 that, in implementation of the aforementioned legislative decree 194/95, governs the principles of best practices for the implementation of field trials and defines the requirements to the official recognition of fitness to conduct field trials for the registration of plant protection products; Having regard to the request submitted on 28/08/2014 "CBC (Europe) S.r.l. test facility", with registered office in Via Ettore Majorana, 2-20834 holíč; Having regard to the favourable outcome of the verification of conformity to conduct field trials pivotal purposes, aimed at the production of efficacy data for plant protection products made on February 13, 2015 at the Center "CBC (Europe) S.r.l. test facility"; Considered that the Trade Center said that you meet the requirements prescribed by the regulations in force, with effect from 28/08/2014, with appropriate documentation submitted;
Decrees: Art. 1 1. "CBC (Europe) S.r.l. Test facility ", with registered office in Via Ettore Majorana, 2-20834 holíč, is recognized fit for field trials with pesticides designed to obtain the following information: efficacy of plant protection products (listed in annex III, point 6.2 of the legislative decree 194/95); Data on the occurrence or possible occurrence of the development of resistance (referred to in annex III, section 6.3 of the legislative decree 194/95); Effect on performance quantitative and/or qualitative (referred to in annex III, section 6.4 of the legislative decree 194/95); Fitotossicita ' in relation to plants and plant products (annex III, point 6.5 of the legislative decree 194/95); Observations concerning undesirable side effects (referred to in annex III, section 6.6 of the legislative decree 194/95). Other trials: efficacy of bio-stimulants and inducers of resistance effectiveness of plant growth regulators Persistence of herbicides in soil and their effect on crops in succession Effect of plant protection products on crops.
