Riccardo Nencini the title of Deputy Minister in the Ministry of infrastructure and transport, published in Gazzetta Ufficiale-serie generale-# 156 on July 8, 2014; Considered appropriate to adopt restrictive measures required on the road for the reasons expressed in the above acts;
