The extraordinary Commissioner of the Government for the timely payment of debts of the Piedmont region, in accordance with art. 1, paragraph 452 and following of the law December 23, 2014, # 190 and the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of January 20, 2015 in relation to the exceptional financial imbalance of the Piedmont region, announced: that by Decree # 1 of January 31, 2015 proceeded to assume debts arising from the five loan agreements entered into by the Ministry of economy and finance (MEF) and the Piedmont region as defined in articles 2 and 3 of Decree-Law No. 35/2013, so succeeding in their ownership and consequent financial provisions;
that by Decree No. 2 of February 18, 2015 take note of the appropriateness of further income tax regional revenues prepared by art. 1 of law No 22/2014 than the bonds of the Piedmont region in accordance with art. 1, paragraph 456, of law no 190/2014;
