The variation in the average consumer price index 2014 ISTAT for families of workers and employees, calculated from the exclusions of law February 5, 1992, n. 81, to be applied for the year 2015 in accordance with art. 13, paragraph 4, of the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers December 5, 2013, n. 159 (family allowance and maternity allowance) is equal to 0.2 per cent (official ISTAT of January 14, 2015).
Therefore: a) the monthly allowance for the household in accordance with art. December 23, 1999 Act 65, n. 449 and subsequent amendments and supplements payable to entitled persons by the year 2015, if payable in full measure, is equal to €141.30; for questions related to the same year, the value of equivalent economic situation indicator is equal to €8,555.99;
b) the maternity allowance in accordance with art. March 26, 2001, 74 of the law # 151 payable to entitled persons by the year 2015, for births, submission preadottivi and adoptions without expectations, if payable in full measure, is equal to €338.89; for questions related to the same year, the value of equivalent economic situation indicator is equal to €16,954.95.
