The Minister of the Interior in consultation with the Minister of HEALTH and Minister of economy and finance Saw the Legislative Decree March 8, 2006, n. 139, establishing a "reorganization of the provisions concerning the functions and tasks of the national fire brigade, under art. 11 July 29, 2003, law n. 229 "; Having regard to the Decree-Law September 13, 2012, # 158, converted, with amendments, by law November 8, 2012, n. 189 laying down "urgent provisions to promote the development of the country through a higher level of health protection», which in art. 6, paragraphs 2 and 2 bis, relating to provisions on sanitary construction, fire prevention and control in health care facilities as well as judicial psychiatric hospitals, provides for the establishment of a special ministerial decree to fire its technical regulations update to healthcare facilities and public and private healthcare partner; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic 1 St August 2011, # 151 and subsequent modifications, concerning the regulation on ' simplification of the framework of actions for the prevention of fires, in accordance with art. 49, paragraph 4-quarter, of Decree-Law May 31, 2010, # 78, converted, with amendments, by law No 122 July 30, 2010»; Having regard to the Decree of the Minister of the Interior, in consultation with the Minister of labour and social security, of March 10, 1998, published in the ordinary supplement to Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 81 of April 7, 1998 establishing a «general criteria for fire safety and emergency management in the workplace "; Having regard to the Decree of the Minister of the Interior of the August 7, 2012, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 201 of August 29, 2012 laying ' provisions concerning presentation mode of instances relating to criminal procedures for fire prevention and the documents to be attached, in accordance with art. 2, paragraph 7, of the Decree of the President of the Republic 1 St August 2011, n. 151 "; Deemed it necessary to modify and update the existing provisions on fire prevention for public and private healthcare facilities in accordance with the criteria and guiding principles contained in art. 6, paragraph 2, of Decree-Law No 158 September 13, 2012, converted, with amendments, by law November 8, 2012, # 189; View the understanding of resource allocation aimed at adaptation of fire safety regulations (Rep. Acts # 38/CSR) that the Standing Conference for the relations between the State, the regions and the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano ruled at its meeting of February 7, 2013; Having regard to the CIPE # 16 of March 8, 2013 which are distributed between the regions and the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano, funding for adaptation under fire-fighting systems in healthcare facilities; After consulting the Standing Conference for the relations between the State, the regions and the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano; Heard the scientific and Technical Committee for the prevention of fires under art. 21 March 8, 2006, Legislative Decree No. 139; Performed the procedure for the provision of information in accordance with Directive 98/34/EC #, as amended by Directive 98/48/EC n.;
Decrees: Art. fire prevention technical regulation update 1 annexed to the Decree of the Minister of the Interior 18 September 2002 1. Titles III and IV of the technical regulations of fire prevention annexed to the Decree of the Minister of the Interior September 18, 2002 are replaced respectively by annexes I and II which are an integral part of this Decree. 2. Approved annex III which is an integral part of this Decree and supplementing the Decree of the Minister of the Interior September 18, 2002 introducing the title V.
