Interior Minister Saw his Decree November 19, 2014 laying «Central Advisory Commission and Composition of the technical Commission in explosive substances» and its premises to be considered integrally recalled here; Given that the Department of Defense has highlighted difficulties in identifying its representatives to be designated for the purposes of the constitutions of territorial technical commissions, proposing to incorporate the composition of committees; Taking into account also that the prefectures-territorial offices of Government have highlighted the need for integrating the territorial technical commissions even with a labour inspector medical doctor of the national health service in the territorially competent local health units organic to the territorial Directorates of labour without officials holding a medical degree; Having regard to act December 23, 1978, # 833, bearing ' NHS Institution», and subsequent amendments and additions, and, in particular, article. 21 on the «Organisation of prevention services '; Considered, therefore, the need to integrate the composition of the technical Commission;
Decrees: Art. 1 last amended by art. 2 of Decree 19 November 2014 1. In art. 2 November 19, 2014 decree establishing a ' Central Advisory Commission and Commission Composition technique explosive substances territorial», are the following changes and additions: a) in paragraph 1, letter a) is replaced by the following: ") by an officer or by a member to the role of the marshals or the army, or the Navy, or air force , or of the Carabinieri Corps '; b) in paragraph 4, after the words "including one graduate in engineering and one in medicine» are added as follows:" or, as an alternative to the latter, by a medical inspector of the national health service operating at the Azienda sanitaria locale with territorial jurisdiction '; c) in paragraph 5, the following words shall be added: "or, as an alternative to the latter, by a medical inspector of the national health service operating at the Azienda sanitaria locale with territorial jurisdiction".
