Paul Carter, Dr. Giorgio Federighi and dott.ssa Laura Maria Concetta Montana Trezza; Having regard to the ministerial decision on November 2, 2011 with which it was authorized, in accordance with and for the purposes of art. 213 bankruptcy law, filing with the clerk of the Bankruptcy Court of the statement ending balance, management and monitoring of the procedure Committee report GA.DE s.r.l.; Having regard to the request on September 29, 2014, with whom the Commissioners liquidators claim that is the closure of the proceedings concerning the Fochi group company in Special Administration GA.DE s.r.l., having been completed all legal requirements necessary for such termination; Considered that the conditions for the closure of the Special Administration of the company specified above, in accordance with art. 6 of Decree-Law No 26 January 30, 1979 cited;
