Having regard to the list drawn up by the Agency of the State in which they are identified real estate owned by the State; Given the urgency of proceeding pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 1, of Decree-Law No 351 September 25, 2001, converted with amendments by law no 410 November 23, 2001;
Decrees: Art. 1, are the property of the State real property identified in the annex to an integral part of this Decree.
