Italians; Considering that the Virgin olive oils and Virgin olive oils in order to claim the D.O.P., I.G.P. or registered name, must possess the physical and chemical properties established for each denomination, in its production rules approved by competent organs; Since these chemical and physical characteristics of Virgin olive oils and Virgin olive oils with designation of origin must be ensured by approved laboratories; Seen the Decree February 16, 2012, published in Gazzetta Ufficiale-serie generale-# 49 of February 28, 2014 by which to the lab for the environmental protection agency of Marche-Ascoli Piceno ARPAM provincial Department was renewed the authorization to issue certificates of analysis in the olive sector; Given that the aforementioned lab with a note of February 26, 2015 announced that it has revised the list of evidence for analysis; Considered the need to replace the evidence of analysis set out in the annex to the Decree February 16, 2012;
