The COUNCIL having regard to law No 114 (August 11, 2014 Conversione in legge, con modificazioni, del decreto-legge June 24, 2014, n. 90 laying down urgent measures for administrative simplification and transparency and the efficiency of judicial offices) and, in particular, article. 19 establishing a "Suppression of the authority for the supervision of public contracts for works, services and supplies and definition of the functions of the national anti-corruption authorities '; Having regard to law no November 6, 2012. 190 (provisions on the prevention and punishment of corruption and illegality in public administration); Having regard to the Legislative Decree of April 12, 2006, n. 163 (code of public contracts for works, services and supplies in implementation of directives 2004/17/EC and 2004/18/EC) and subsequent amendments and additions; Visto l'art. 13, paragraph 3, of the d.lgs. # 150 of 2009 (implementation of law March 4, 2009, # 15, relating to optimization of labour productivity and efficiency and transparency of public administrations), as amended by Decree-Law August 31, 2013 # 101; See Realignment Plan prepared by the President of the national anti-corruption authority in compliance with the provisions of art. 19, third paragraph, Decree Law 90/2014, n. 90, converted into law No 114/2014; Having regard to the ' organisational regulations of the authority for the supervision of public contracts for works, services and supplies» approved by the Council of the authority of supervision of public contracts for works, services and supplies by resolution of December 20, 2007 e ss.mm. which, in articles 3 to 12, regulates the functioning of the Council; Having regard to the ' regulation on the organisation and functioning of the Committee on the evaluation and the transparency and integrity of public administration», approved by the Committee on the evaluation and the transparency and integrity of public administration by resolution of July 4, 2012, that articles 2, 2 bis, 4, 10, 12 .8 .9 6.7, regulates the functioning of the Commission; Considered, following cancellation of the authority for the supervision of public contracts for works, services and supplies, and the allocation of functions to the national anti-corruption authority, having to adopt a regulation on the operation of the Council that takes into account the specificity of the new institutional structure, by repealing all the above regulatory provisions adopted by the supervisory authority on public works contracts , supplies and services and the Committee on the evaluation and the transparency and integrity of public administration;
Issues the following regulation: Art. 1 Definitions 1. In this Regulation: a) the term "authority" means the national authority against corruption;
b) the expression ' Council ' means the Council of the authority;
c) the term "President" means the President of the authority;
d) the expression ' components ' means the Board members, including the Chairperson;
and the term ' anti-corruption law», signifies) the law November 6, 2012 # 190;
f), the term "Secretary-General" means the Secretary-General of the authority.
