By resolution No. 277 of February 20, 2015 the Regional Council has disbanded the Act for authority, pursuant to art. 2545-septiedecies of the civil code, without the appointment of a liquidator, pursuant to the provisions of the first paragraph of art. 2 of Act July 17, 1975, # 400, the cooperative «Pola soc. Coop. a r.l.» current in Udine, C.F. 02711450300, incorporated on August 31, 2012 day for notarial notary dott. Alfredo chain of Udine.
Creditors or other interested parties may request the appointment of a liquidator under the abovementioned reasoned art. 2 of Act July 17, 1975, # 400, within the deadline of thirty days from the date of publication of this notice.
Against this provision it is possible to appeal to the competent regional administrative tribunal within 60 days of the full knowledge of that measure or extraordinary appeal to the President of the Republic within 120 days of the full knowledge of the same Act if the conditions of the law.
