The DIRECTOR-GENERAL of rural development having regard to act November 25, 1971, n. 1096, regulating the seed activities and in particular articles 19 and 24 providing for the establishment, for each crop species, registers of varieties intended to permit identification of the variety; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic November 24, 1972, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 44 of February 17, 1973, concerning the establishment of ' required Logs of variety '; Having regard to the Legislative Decree July 30, 1999, n. 300 laying: "reform of the Government, in accordance with art. 11 March 15, 1997, law n. 59 '; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, # 165 on the «General rules about ordering Government employed labour ', and in particular art. 4, paragraphs 1 and 2 and art. 16, paragraph 1; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of February 27, 2013, no. 105, concerning the regulation of reorganizing the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies; Having regard to the order of the Minister of agricultural food and forestry policies # 1622 of February 13, 2014 laying «identification of executive offices not generals of the Mipaaf, according to D.P.C.M. # 105 of February 27, 2013»; Having regard to its decrees which were included in its records, pursuant to art. 19 of law No 1096/71, varieties of agricultural species indicated on the device, for which it was designated the head of conservation in purity; Having regard to the request of the head of conservation in purity of variety indicated on the device in order to obtain the cancellation of the same variety from the national registers; Considered that there is no impediment to granting the abovementioned proposal;
Decrees: Article only under art. 17-bis, subparagraph (b)), of the Decree of the President of the Republic October 8, 1973, n. 1065, the below listed variety, entered in national registers of varieties of agricultural plant species with the Decree alongside of them indicated, are erased from the records themselves: measure in graphic format this Decree will enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the official journal of the Italian Republic.
