The Minister of agricultural food and forestry policies having regard to Regulation (EU) no 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 17, 2013 establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products, repealing Regulations (EEC) no 922/72, (EEC) No 234/79, (EC) no 1037/2001 and (EC) no Council 1234/2007; Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) no 611/2014 of March 11, 2014 supplementing Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the programmes in support of olive oil and table olives; Having regard to Council Regulation (EU) No. 615/2014 of June 6, 2014, setting out the modalities for the application of Council Regulation (EC) no 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the programmes in support of sectors of olive oil and table olives; Visto l'art. 4, paragraph 3, of law December 29, 1990, n. 428, on "measures to meet the obligations resulting from Italy's membership of the European communities. (Community Law for 1990) ", as amended by art. 2, paragraph 1, of Decree-Law June 24, 2004, n. 157, converted, with amendments, by law no 204 August 3, 2004, which provides that the Minister of agricultural food and forestry policies, with the agreement of the Standing Conference for the relations between the State, the regions and the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano, within its competence, shall by order to the application within its territory of the regulations issued by the European Community; Having regard to the DPCM February 27, 2013, n. 105 on the organisation of the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies in accordance with art. paragraph 2 ter of Decree Law July 6, 2012 # 95, converted with modifications into law August 7, 2012 # 136 "; Having regard to Legislative Decree No 165 May 27, 1999, concerning the Suppression of AIMA and the establishment of AGEA-Agenzia per le erogazioni in agricoltura in accordance with art. 11 March 15, 1997 law # 59; Seen on P.r.decree 1 December 1999, n. 503 on the "regulation laying down rules for the establishment of the Charter of the farmer and of the fisherman and the farm register, pursuant to art. 14 paragraph 3 of the Legislative Decree of April 30, 1998 n. 173 and subsequent additions and modifications "; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of November 24, 2014, n. 86483 concerning national provisions on recognition and control of producer organisations of the olive oil and table olives and their associations as well as adaptation of producer organisations already recognised; Having regard to the plan adopted in agreement with the national olive Standing Conference for relations between the State, the regions and the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano at its meeting of April 29, 2010; Given the need to ensure the implementation of European regulations contained in European regulations on recalled, particularly with regard to procedures for the submission and implementation of support programmes for the provision of Community funding, as well as for the checks; Gained the agreement of the Standing Conference for the relations between the State, the regions and the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano, at the sitting of October 30, 2014;
Decrees: Art. 1 scope, definitions and responsibilities 1. This ministerial order, hereinafter referred to as "Decree", governs the rules ' application techniques and procedures the provisions brought by art. 29 Regulation (EU) no 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 17, 2013, of delegated Regulation (EU) No. 611/2014 of March 11, 2014 and implementing Regulation (EU) No 615/2014 of June 6, 2014, relatively to programmes to support the sector of olive oil and table olives. 2. Pursuant to Decree, shall apply: a) delegated regulation: Regulation (EU) No. 611/2014 of March 11, 2014;
b) implementing regulation: Regulation (EU) No. 615/2014 of June 6, 2014;
c) Ministry: the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies;
d) AGEA: Agenzia per le erogazioni in agricoltura-paying agency;
e) regions: regions and the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano;
f) Committee: the Evaluation Committee under art. 6 of the Decree;
g) beneficiary organisation: one of the organizations recognized under art. 29 paragraph 1 of Regulation (EC) no 1308/2013;
h) OP: a recognised producer organisation in accordance with art. 152 of Regulation (EU) no 1308/2013;
s) AOP: a recognised Association of producer organisations in accordance with art. 156 of Regulation (EU) no 1308/2013;
j) OI: an interbranch organisation recognised in accordance with art. 157 of Regulation (EU) no 1308/2013;
k) scope: each of the fields of support listed in art. 29 Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013, para. 1, letter a), b), c), d) e) and f);
l) size: each group of activities that contribute to the realization of the scope, as listed in subparagraphs of point a), b), c), d) e) and f) referred to in paragraph 1 of art. 3 the Commission delegated regulation;
m) investments: stationary: any immovable investment;
-furniture: any movable investment; 3. for the purposes of the Decree, the Division of responsibilities between the Ministry, the regions and the AGEA are set out in annex I.
