The Director-General of health care having regard to the application on February 5, 2015, with which the company Lauretana S.p.A. with registered office in Graglia (Biella), Campiglie # 56, he asked to change the name of the source natural mineral water «Uma» in the commune of Graglia (Biella) from «Caruzza» to «Uma»; Having regard to official acts; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of April 19, 1966, # 861 with which it was recognized that flows from the source natural mineral water Lauretana Caruzza within the mining concession located in the municipality of Graglia «Caruzza» province of Vercelli (now province of Biella); Given the managerial Decree January 16, 2001, # 3345-217, with which it has been confirmed the recognition of natural mineral water Lauretana; Having regard to the Legislative Decree of October 8, 2011, # 176, implementing directive 2009/54/EC on the exploitation and marketing of natural mineral waters; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, n. 165;
Decrees: Art. 1 1) authorized the change of the name of the source of the mineral water «Uma» in the commune of Graglia (Biella) from «Caruzza» to «Uma». This Decree will be published in the official journal of the Italian Republic informed the Commission of the European communities. Copy of this Decree will be submitted to the company concerned and the regional bodies.
