The Special Commissioner pursuant to OCDPC # 157/2014 in relation to the floods that occurred in the period from 1 January to February 11, 2014 in the region of Tuscany gives notice that with your order No 6 of February 6, 2015 has: 1) approved the second restructuring plan of interventions;
2) provided for the second liquidation of operations referred to in OCDPC # 12/2014;
that the order is available on the Bollettino Ufficiale della regione Toscana n. 6 of February 11, 2015 part one, and it is published in accordance with art. 42 of legislative decree March 14, 2013, n. 33, www.regione.toscana.it/regione/amministrazione-trasparente on vocals and emergency extraordinary interventions.
