The DIRECTOR-General to fight counterfeiting having regard to act December 29, 1993, no. 580 on the reordering of the Chambers of Commerce, industry, handicraft and agriculture; Having regard to the Legislative Decree of February 10, 2005, n. 30, bearing the code of industrial property, in accordance with art. 15 December 12, 2002, law No. 273, as amended by Legislative Decree No 131 August 13, 2010; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 7, 2005, n. 82 ' digital administration code '; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic December 28, 2000, n. 445, containing the consolidated text of laws and regulations relating to administrative documentation; Having regard to the Decree of the Minister of economic development January 13, 2010 # 33 and subsequent amendments and additions concerning the "implementation rules of the code of industrial property»; Having regard to the Decree of the Minister of economic development of March 21, 2013 for the new electronic filing of applications related to applications for patents for industrial inventions and utility models, applications for registration of trade marks and industrial designs and models, as well as the titles of property granted; Considering that the said Decree of March 21, 2013 provides that the initiation of new method of electronic storage is governed by a decree of the Director General to fight counterfeiting-Italian Patent and Trademark Office of the Ministry of economic development; Having regard to the Decree of the Director General to fight counterfeiting-Italian Patent and Trademark Office of the Ministry of economic development of July 11, 2014 which he proceeded to start the new procedure for filing electronically of the Italian translation of claims of European patent application mentioned in art. 54 of the industrial property code, and the translation into Italian, for validation purposes, the text of the European patent is published, under art. 56 of the code of industrial property; Having regard to the decision of the Director of the Revenue Agency and the Director General for the fight against counterfeiting-Italian Patent and Trademark Office of the Ministry of economic development of November 20, 2014, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della repubblica italiana of December 3, 2014, # 281 on the payment by the F24 of duties and taxes relating to industrial property titles; Having regard to the Decree of the Director General to fight counterfeiting-Italian Patent and Trademark Office of the Ontario Ministry of economic development, January 26, 2015, as published in the official journal of the Italian Republic of January 30, 2015, # 34, with which he proceeded to start the new procedure for filing patent applications electronically for industrial inventions and utility models , applications for registration of designs and models and to trade marks, of applications related to these questions as well as industrial property titles granted; Having regard to exceptional unforeseen events intervened at the headquarters of the Directorate-General for the fight against counterfeiting-IPTO which resulted in a temporary non-use of that new procedure for filing; Deemed necessary to proceed with the implementation of the measures needed to ensure the highest levels of security;
Decrees: Art. Electronic Deposit 1 1. The Decree of the Director General to fight counterfeiting-Italian Patent and Trademark Office of the Ontario Ministry of economic development, January 26, 2015 are makes the following changes: 1. the date of 2015 March 1° paragraph as referred to in article 3, it is replaced with the date of May 17, 2015;
b. March 2, 2015 date referred to in article 1, paragraph 4, is replaced with the date of May 18, 2015;
c. the date of 2015 March 1° referred to in article 1, paragraph 5, it is replaced with the date of May 17, 2015;
d. the date of 2015 March 1° referred to in article 4, paragraph 1, is replaced by the date of May 17, 2015;
e. March 2, 2015 date referred to in article 4, paragraph 2, it is replaced with the date of May 18, 2015.
