The DIRECTOR-GENERAL of rural development having regard to act November 25, 1971, n. 1096, regulating the seed activities and in particular articles 19 and 24 providing for the establishment, for each crop species, registers of varieties intended to permit identification of the variety; Having regard to the Decree of the President of the Republic October 8, 1973, # 1065, containing "November 25, 1971, implementing regulation of the law # 1096"; Having regard to law No 195 April 20, 1976, amending and supplementing law No. 1096/71, and in particular articles 4 and 5 involving the allocation of registers of varieties of horticultural plant species and their establishment required; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of July 17, 1976 establishing the registers of varieties of horticultural plant species; Visto l'art. 17-bis, third paragraph, of the regulation implementing Law No 1096/1971, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic October 8, 1973, # 1065, and last amended by the Decree of the President of the Republic May 9, 2001, n. 322, which regulates the use of denominations of varieties already registered in the national register; Having regard to the Ministerial Decree of 4/28/2014, n. 8904, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana n. 112 of 5/16/2014, with whom it was registered in the register, the variety of dwarf bean named "Mantus", SIAN code 3427; Having regard to the note # 21735 del 10/30/2014, by which the head of conservation in purity, Royal Seeds s.r.l., demanded the change of name that the aforementioned variety identificala in «Virtus»; Having regard to the Legislative Decree July 30, 1999, n. 300, government organization reform in accordance with art. 11 March 15, 1997, law # 59; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, # 165, concerning "general rules about how to sort of work employed in public administration", in particular art. 4, paragraphs 1 and 2 and art. 16, paragraph 1; Having regard to the p.r.Decree of 14 February 2012, n. 41 laying down the rules of procedure by reorganizing the Ministry of agricultural food and forestry policies; Having regard to the order of the Minister of agricultural food and forestry policies # 12081 of August 2, 2012, registered at the Court of Auditors concerning identification of executive offices not generals; Given that the inspection carried out on the new name proposed succesful and that the same was published in «Bulletin of vegetable varieties» # 05/2014; Considered that there is no impediment to granting the abovementioned proposal;
