The DIRECTOR GENERAL for the Ministry of heritage and cultural activities and tourism in consultation with the CHIEF of POLICE DIRECTOR GENERAL of PUBLIC SECURITY of the Ministry of Internal Affairs having regard to act March 18, 1968, n. 337 laying down rules on circuses and Equestrian travelling show; Visto l'art. 4 of that law which provides for the establishment of the list of spectacular activities, entertainment and attractions of the travelling show, indicating the technical-construction features, functional characteristics and naming them; Having regard to the Interministerial Decree April 23, 1969 with which it was established the list of spectacular activities, entertainment and attractions within the meaning of article. 4; Having regard to the ministerial decrees July 22, 1981, January 10, 1985, 1 June 1989, November 10, 1990, April 10, 1991, April 9, 1993, July 23, 1997, May 8, 2001, January 7, 2002, March 20, 2003, October 29, 2003, February 28, 2005, March 10, 2006, November 7, 2007, 1/09/2013 May 11, 2009 June 21, 2010, June 14, 2012, June 24, 2014, and with whom he proceeded to updates of that list; Visto l'art. Ministerial Decree 8 November 20, 2007 laying down rules on the keeping and updating of that list; Having regard to the request submitted by the Ministry of environment, territory and sea-Directorate-General for the protection of nature and the sea intended to get the change of the name and description of the technical and functional characteristics of things already present in the list, even on the basis of the possible contradictions in the application of the provisions contained in law no 337 March 18, 1968 and d.lgs. March 21, 2005 # 73; Visto l'art. 4, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree No 3 January 8, 1998; Heard the assent expressed in meetings of 9 and October 10, 2014, the Consultative Commission activities circus and the travelling show under art. October 23, 1996 # 59 1 of Decree Law No. 545 converted into law no 650 December 23, 1996 and subsequent amendments; Considered upgrading the list mentioned above in compliance as required by the said administration;
Decrees: the list of spectacular activities, entertainment and attractions in art. 4 March 18, 1968, law n. 337 is updated with additions and changes to the name and description of the technical and functional characteristics of the following attractions as follows: section I MIDDLE ATTRACTIONS AQUARIUM freshwater or salt Basin in which swimming animals belonging to aquatic species, capable of allowing each subject the completion of species specific behavioural repertoire, whose exposure is compliant with the regulations. WILDLIFE EXHIBITS these structures, halls or of vehicles or trailers open on one side, protected by appropriate barriers or glass, inside of which are animals or animal reproductions including animated, with possible performance in front of an audience.
