The DIRECTOR GENERAL of the animal health and veterinary drugs Saw the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, n. 165; Having regard to act February 15, 1963, n. 281, and subsequent modifications, concerning the preparation and discipline of trade in feedingstuffs; Having regard to the Legislative Decree No 90 of March 3, 1993, containing the provisions implementing Directive 90/167/EEC, which have been laid down the conditions governing the preparation, placing on the market and use of medicated feedingstuffs in the community; See, in particular, article. 6 of the Ministerial Decree of November 16, 1993; Having regard to the applications brought by the owners of livestock or fish farms, in order to obtain the Ministerial authorisation for the purchase of intermediate products for exclusive corporate consumption; Having regard to the certificates of fitness issued to the companies mentioned by the veterinary services of the AA companies. SS. LL. responsible for territory, pursuant to art. Ministerial Decree of 6 November 16, 1993; Having regard to the Decree of the Director General of the animal health and veterinary drugs, December 16, 2013, published in Gazzetta Ufficiale-serie generale-n. 9 of January 13, 2014, replacing the annex to the managerial Decree December 4, 2012, containing the list of livestock or livestock allowed to buy exclusive intermediates, for corporate consumption; Considered also that some livestock farms or fish farms, already allowed to buy intermediate products for corporate, consumption and exclusive included in annex to the managerial Decree December 16, 2013, have changed the corporate name or have gone out of business; Considered therefore necessary to update the list of approved fish farms, livestock farms or in annex to the managerial Decree December 16, 2013;
Decrees: Art. 1 the annex to this Decree, of which it is part, containing ' the list of livestock or fish farms authorized to buy exclusive corporate consumption», intermediate products, in the manner indicated by the regulations in force, replaces the annex to managerial Decree December 16, 2013.
