The DIRECTOR GENERAL for the promotion of quality food products and horse racing Saw the Legislative Decree March 30, 2001, # 165, laying down general rules on the sort of labour employed in public administration, and in particular art. 16. d); Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) no 606/2009 of July 10, 2009 concerning certain modalities for the application of Regulation (EC) no 479/2008 as regards the categories of Grapevine products, oenological practices and the applicable restrictions; Having regard to Council Regulation (EC) no 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 17, 2013, organisation of the markets in agricultural products and repealing Regulations (EEC) no 922/72, (EEC) No 234/79, no 1037/2001 and (EC) No 1234/2007 amending art. 146 provides for the designation by Member States, of laboratories authorised to carry out official analyses in the wine sector; Seen the Decree January 17, 2011, published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale della Repubblica italiana (General series) # 24 of January 31, 2011 with which the laboratory Dr. Diego Favale-Studio of industrial chemistry, located in Lecce, via Ferrante D'aragona n. 1, it was renewed the authorization to issue certificates of analysis in the wine sector; Having regard to the application of further renewal of the authorization made by the above mentioned laboratory on December 15, 2014 and perfected on January 21, 2015; Considered that the workshop mentioned above has been shown to have gotten on December 18, 2014 accreditation in respect of tests indicated in the annex to this Decree and its quality system, in compliance with the requirements of the standard UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025, by an organisation according to UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17011 and accredited in the EA-European Cooperation for Accreditation; Whereas by Decree December 22, 2009 ACCREDIA-Italian Body for accreditation and was designated as the only Italian Agency to carry out activities for accreditation and market surveillance; Considered existing conditions and requirements concerning the further renewal of the authorisation in question;
Decrees: Art. 1 the laboratory Dr. Diego Favale-Studio of industrial chemistry, located in Lecce, via Ferrante D'aragona n. 1, is authorized to issue certificates of analysis in the wine sector within the limits of the tests listed in the annex to this Decree.
