The MINISTER of the environment and protection of land and sea in consultation with the Minister of health and the Minister of agricultural food and forestry policies having regard to Directive 1999/22/EC relating to the keeping of wild animals in zoos; Having regard to the Legislative Decree March 21, 2005 n. 73, as amended, implementing Directive 1999/22/EC; See in particular art. 4, paragraph 1 of the Legislative Decree 73/2005, which provides that the Zoo's license issued by Decree of the Minister of the environment and protection of land and sea, in consultation with the Minister of health and the Minister of agriculture, food and forestry after consulting the Joint Conference, following verification of fulfillment of the requirements set forth by art. 3 of the same Legislative Decree 73/05; Having regard to the note of November 18, 2006 with which Mr. Bin Stefano, legal representative of company ' BIN erpetologico Center in snc owns Reptiland piazza Garibaldi n. 1, Riva del Garda, Trento, apply for issue of a licence referred to in art. 4 paragraph 1 of legislative decree March 21, 2005, # 73, as provided for in annex 4, item A) of Legislative Decree No 73/2005; Having regard to the note prot. # DPN/2007/2009/10531 22338/10/08/2007, DPN's of 15/05/2009, PNM/2012/1404 del 23/01/2012, Reg. Uff. Prot. # 36744/PNM of 17/05/2013 with which you require additions to the documentation sent enclosed with the application for the issuance of the said licence; Having regard to the note prot. # DPN/2007/2012/5921/26/10/2007, PNM's 29325 of 21/03/2012, Reg. Uff. Prot. # 39575 del 26/06/2013, by which the structure send additions to the documentation; Considering the compliance of the documentation sent with the particulars referred to in Annex 4 of the Legislative Decree March 21, 2005, # 73; Having regard to the note of State forestry prot. # 201303314 pos. XI/N of 27/03/2013, which locates the dott.ssa Comm. C. Da1 ' as the expert to carry out the inspection at the property; View the note with which the Ministry of health. # 8339 DGSA/P of 23/04/2013 instructed the dott.ssa Cristina Zacchia veterinary expert to carry out the inspection at the property; Considering that the required inspection was held on June 12, 2013 by the Commission of experts composed by Dr. Camillo Picchiotti and dott.ssa Irene Aguzzi for the Ministry of environment, territory and sea, by dott.ssa Da1 ' for the State Forestry Corps and dott.ssa Cristina Z for the Ministry of health; Having regard to the report prepared by the Commission, transmitted with note prot. # 41112/PNM of 18/07/2013 and where you identify some criticality, communicated with note prot. # 41586/PNM of 23/07/2013 and prot. # 48154/PNM of 31/10/2013; Having regard to the note prot. # 47027/PNM del 16/10/2013, prot. # 52882/PNM of 30/12/2013 and prot. # 4472/PNM del 05/03/2014, by which the structure proceeded to submit documentary evidence of the adjustments required by the Commission; Given the existence of all the conditions required by Legislative Decree 73/05 in the granting of the license to the Zoo; Saw the concert expressed by the Ministry of agriculture, food and forestry transmitted with note No GAB/5355 of 20/05/2014; Saw the concert expressed by the Ministry of health sent with footnote GAB/5345 of 4/07/2014; Given the favourable opinion expressed by the Joint Conference at its meeting on October 16, 2014;
